Course Structure

It consists of 360 hours, which includes attendance to classes, and small group sessions, preparation of seminars, as well as the time required to read and study the suggested  teaching material and the preparation and completion of the final monograph.

The program is composed by 19 modules:

    11. The Globalization Process and Healthcare System Management
    12. Challenges for the Healthcare System in the new Millenium.
    13. Ethics and the Policy and Decision making process in the Healthcare system.
    14. Human Resources Management and Development
    15. Marketing applied to the health care system
    16. Strategic management of business
